How to register your store on the Bombarda Marketplace
Step 1 — Accessing the form
🔗 Click on “Register Store” .
It will open the form with the same name.
Step 2 — Fill out the form
📝 Please fill in all fields with your store information.
Finally, click "Submit" .
Step 3 — Record validation
👩💻 The Bombarda team receives your request and validates your registration.
⏳ The process can take between 10 minutes and 48 business hours (it may take longer on weekends).
Step 4 — Receive the validation email
✅ You will receive a confirmation email*:

That your store is already active (if it's already registered on Shop in Porto),
or -
You first need to register with Shop in Porto (if you haven't already).
If you do not receive the email within the stipulated time, please check your spam folder.
If your store is already active, the email will contain instructions like these:
Hello, [name],
Your Bombarda store on the Bombarda Marketplace is now active and ready to be configured.
To access the marketplace, use: shop.bombarda.pt
Follow these steps:

Click on the “Profile” icon.

Select “Log in with Shop”.

Authenticate using the code sent to your email/phone.

Access the “Store” icon and fill in the information:
• Store information
• Merchant profile
• Products
After completing these steps, your store will be visible on the platform.

Step 5 — Log in to the marketplace
📧 After you receive the email:

Go to shop.bombarda.pt

Click on the “Profile” icon (top right corner).

Select “Login with Shop” .
-
Enter the authentication code sent to your email/phone.
Step 6 — Customizing your store
🏬 Access the store settings
Click on “Store” to begin setting up.
6.1 - Store Information
Fill in or confirm:
-
Store name (how you want it to appear on Marketplace)
-
Category / type of business
-
Household
-
Contact information (phone, email)
-
Time
-
Website and social media
-
Tax information / CNPJ (if requested)
-
Brief description of the store (clear, attractive and concise)
-
Logo + cover photo (if available)
Always save before exiting.
6.2 - Delivery/Service Methods
Indicates which ones apply:

In-store pickup
-
Shipping via courier / CTT
-
Hand delivery in a specific area.
Fill in any additional information requested by the portal (deadlines, prices, delivery areas, etc.).
6.3 - Adding products

Go to "Products" or "Catalog" .

Click on “Add product” .

For each product, you fill in:

Name
-
Category
-
Price
-
Available stock
-
Variations (size, color, etc.)
-
Description
-
High-quality photographs (ideally 2 to 4 per product)
Saved or published (draft mode may exist).
6.4 - View the store
Before finalizing, check out “View store” :
-
Name and description
-
Images
-
Products and prices
-
If everything appears to be correct
Step 7 — Finish
💾 Save all the changes and… your store is ready!
From here you can:

Add new products
-
Update inventory and prices
-
Change descriptions or images
-
Participate in the project's training sessions and communication activities.
